Job Description

• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
• To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.

Requirements

• The RTO should have extensive experience in the supervision of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection is a must. With preferred experience in specialty gas, purified water system and electrical installations would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· Candidate must be a registered RTO with IES

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Contract around 23 months
• Work location: 20 Raffles Avenue (former floating platform)
