Job Description

· To assist in carrying out regular supervision of Structural, Architectural installation works in respect of project/s under your charge.

· To ensure that all Structural, Architectural installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-laws and contract specifications.

· To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.

· You are required to take prompt action to ensure contractor rectify poor quality materials or items that are in use which may lead to poor reception nor cause unnecessary defects to the surrounding Structural, Architectural installations.

· To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers.

· To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.

· Minimum 10 years’ working experience as Resident Technical Officers.

· Extensive experience in the supervision of deep basement construction, preferably with top-down construction, bored pile systems, secant bored pile wall, diaphragm wall, precast concrete and structural steel construction.

· Able to start work by Apr 2026 or within short notice

· Work location: Bedok area

· Project type: Institutional development

· Contract Duration: estimate 24 months (may be extended further if needed)
