Responsibilities:

• Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and test to Approved Drawings and Specifications.
• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works.
• Implement quality assurance plan in well-coordinated manner.
• Coordinate with Contractors on execution of works.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure project or waste/water management projects in Singapore, particularly foundation piles, earth retaining or stabilising structures, instrumentation & monitoring, ground improvement and soil investigation works
