Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, schedule updates and report findings to management.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of all M&E works.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations, as well as industry best practices, throughout all construction and installation activities.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
