Job Description

· To supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications

· To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and report to the Qualified Person

· To attend site, coordination, quality meetings

· Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

Job Requirement

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in industrial building/ development with prestressed (PT) elements

· Registered and valid RE/ RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)

. Registered under Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) as a registered steelwork supervisor

· Preferred applicants with Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)

· Conversant in statutory code and requirements

· Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
