Responsibilities

• Support and assist the SRE in all of the above duties as directed by him and/or the supervising Qualified Person(s)
• The Resident Engineer (if no SRE) shall be responsible for maintaining discipline and punctuality among his team of RE and RTOs. He shall also ensure his team update their site movement chart and report absence to the office administrator.
• If no RE or RTO (M&E) and/or no RA are appointed for the project, the RE (C&S) shall undertake the duties and responsibilities for the M&E and Architecture disciplines and supervise the works under the direction of the respective supervising Qualified Person(s).

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by PEB Singapore;
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES; and
• 3 to 5 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.
