JOB DESCRIPTION

- To Supervise and monitor civil&structure, works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications

- To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and reports to the Qualified Person (QP)

- To attend site, coordination, and quality meetings

- Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in addition&alteration for instituitional building / development.

- Registered and a valid RRE accredited by the join Accredited Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)

- Preferred applicants with Certificate with Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)

- Conversant in satutory code and requirements

- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
