Key Responsibilities

• Attend coordination meetings with authorities and agencies and maintain proper records.
• Review submissions to ensure compliance with Authority and regulatory requirements.
• Review contractor’s architectural drawings alongside Civil & Structural and CCSM drawings to identify and resolve design inconsistencies.
• Review architectural material submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare inspection plans and checklists for A&A works, external enclosure works, and other architectural works.

🎯 Requirements

✔ Minimum 8 years of architectural experience
✔ At least 3 years in design and 3 years in construction supervision
✔ Experience in projects of similar scale and complexity in Singapore
✔ Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
