Applications are invited for the following full-time position in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health within the Telehealth Core:
Research Assistant (UX Research)
At the Telehealth Core we leverage technology & design to accelerate research and improve outcomes in behavioural health & chronic diseases. We focus on delivering tailored interventions in healthcare by building digital tools and harnessing the insights from users and patients.

Title: Research Assistant (UX Research)
Responsibilities:
1. Research and develop impactful health and HCI projects
2. Prepare manuscripts for submission
3. Develop user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces based on provided design specifications.
4. Conduct user testing to validate UI/UX designs to ensure effective implementation.
5. Collaborate closely with the team to effectively translate vision to implementation.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, continuously learning and improving skills.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrable experience as a UI/UX Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.
• Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design, planning, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with digital health or the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
