• Position : Relationship Manager [SME Financing/Commercial Banking]

• Location : Sin Ming Drive

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Open to Discuss + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave + Dental & Health Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage SME clients for real estate–backed financing

• Grow and manage SME loan portfolio and client base

• Maintain relationships with borrowers and support ongoing credit requests

• Prepare credit proposals, financial analysis, and due diligence

• Coordinate credit approvals and transaction execution with internal teams

• Manage documentation requirements with borrowers and stakeholders

• Liaise with lawyers, valuers, insurers, and service providers for loan disbursement

• Support post-disbursement account management and repayment monitoring

• Follow up on repayments and handle early-stage collections

• Assist with restructuring or management of distressed loans

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship management

• Hands-on experience in credit assessment and financing documentation

• Strong understanding of SME and real estate-backed financing structure
