General Description

This role is responsible for managing customer tenders end-to-end, ensuring all opportunities are aligned with the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional account management teams to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for strategic customers.
• Review and analyse tender requirements, coordinating mainly with APAC countries to obtain accurate and timely information.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including local offices and central procurement teams, to ensure competitive and high-quality submissions.
• Develop project plans covering pricing analysis, internal reviews, and evaluations in line with global tender management guidelines.
• Maintain proper tender documentation and records in internal reporting and management systems.
• Participate in cross-regional meetings to provide insights and recommendations from a tender management perspective.
• Identify and resolve tender-related issues, implementing corrective action plans to improve tender processes.
• Support additional duties and related projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
