• Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Laser Engineering
• Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (Precision Laser Engineering)
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS + Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and distributors across assigned regions
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and technical teams to support customer requirements
• Conduct regular overseas customer visits, business trips, and participation in exhibitions when required
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in precision engineering, laser systems, or industrial equipment
• Proven experience managing regional or international sales accounts
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas regularly
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
