Job Summary

The Regional IT Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of digital technologies across the region. This role ensures close alignment between business requirements and IT strategies, delivering scalable and secure solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support regional digital transformation initiatives. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, manages regional IT projects, and provides technical expertise across digital platforms and applications.

Digital Solutions Implementation

• Design, implement, and maintain digital solutions to meet regional business needs.
• Ensure effective integration of new technologies with existing systems and platforms.

Web Development & Application Support

• Develop, enhance, and support web-based applications using .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Support API integrations and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Project Management

• Lead regional IT and digital projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to global standards.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Act as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives and system support.

Innovation & Optimization

• Identify opportunities for automation and digital process improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable adoption strategies.

Support & Training

• Provide ongoing technical support for digital tools and platforms.

• Conduct user training to ensure effective usage and adoption.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure all digital solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
