Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support Location Managers and Country HR teams in developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations.
Assist in manpower planning, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and background checks, while supporting employer branding initiatives across the region.
Support employee engagement activities such as surveys, focus groups, and change management or organizational development initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide basic HR advisory and counselling support.
Support performance management processes, including annual appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, and job leveling activities.
Assist in compensation benchmarking, market surveys, and salary analysis.
Coordinate learning and development programs, training activities, and employee development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Support CSR and compliance initiatives, including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements, audit preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions, as well as monitoring workplace health, safety, and compliance matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; diploma holders with strong HR experience may also be considered.
At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or multi-functional HR role within multinational or fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and MS Office, along with a data-driven approach to reporting and analysis.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., IHRP, CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR coordination is a plus.
Exposure to employee engagement, learning & development, or CSR/compliance activities is advantageous.
