• Implement and manage regional health and safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Carry out risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits; support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and internal guidelines.
• Investigate safety incidents and near-misses, and follow up with corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and critical building systems.
• Work with contractors and service providers on repairs, upgrades, and inspections.
• Track energy usage and support sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver safety and emergency response training for staff and contractors.
• Prepare regular HSE and facility performance reports and maintain compliance records.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills for all regional locations.
