Job Summary

This role supports regional digital transformation by implementing and managing IT digital solutions that align with business goals. The position focuses on delivering efficient, secure, and scalable technology solutions while supporting regional users, managing projects, and driving continuous digital improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement and support digital solutions across regional operations.
• Integrate new systems with existing IT platforms to ensure smooth performance.
• Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using modern programming technologies.
• Manage regional IT projects, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with business teams, global IT, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
• Provide technical support and conduct training for users.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance standards.
