Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant/Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will start by focusing on 180-degree recruitment, supporting senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates. As you gain experience and confidence in the market, this role will transition into a full 360-degree recruitment role, giving you ownership of end-to-end recruitment including business development, client engagement, and candidate management.

You will be trained and mentored by some of the most experienced leaders in the recruitment industry. You will receive best-in-class training, hands-on coaching, and strong support to help you build a successful and fulfilling career.

Based on your interests and background, you will have the opportunity to choose your specialist area or patch, such as Technology, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, or other domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants in the end-to-end recruitment process (initially 180-degree)
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across assigned specialisations
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations
  • Assist in managing client requirements and preparing candidate shortlists
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer management
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the recruitment system
  • Contribute to market mapping, research, and talent insights
  • Gradually take ownership of 360-degree recruitment responsibilities including client engagement and business development as you gain experience
  • Learn and apply recruitment best practices through structured training and mentorship
