As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own portfolio of clients and candidates. This role offers excellent earning potential, structured training, and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, contract, and temporary positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities through business development activities, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Match suitable candidates to job opportunities and manage the interview process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, TAFEP guidelines, and internal recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates from diverse industries.
