Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors, including shipping, logistics, engineering, operations, and related domains.
• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a variety of professional roles, focusing on areas such as engineering, operations, logistics, and support functions.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and organizational fit for designated positions.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and manage a robust talent pipeline by leveraging networking, industry events, and online platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to effectively advise and support clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment service delivery and achievement of performance targets.
• Provide clients with regular progress updates, market insights, and actionable feedback.
• Represent the organization as a brand ambassador within relevant professional communities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within technical, operations, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, industry operations, and compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and professional networking platforms.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
