Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Welcome and attend to visitors and walk-in guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean, neat, and presentable condition
• Record and maintain accurate visitor logs and related records
• Receive deliveries and sort / distribute incoming mail and documents
• Maintain and update internal contact lists and phone directories
• Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team
• Assist with filing, document handling, data entry, and other general office administration duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an office admin or receptionist role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask, prioritise work, and work with minimal supervision
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Punctual with strong attendance and reliability
