Reception Counter Staff (School) – Contract (8 Months) 🏫

💰 Salary: $2,760/month
📅 Contract Period: May 2026 – Dec 2026 (Option to extend 12 months)
📍 Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
❌ No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

📞 Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries from parents, students, and visitors
🗂 Provide general administrative and reception support
🏥 Provide first-level assistance to sick or injured students and escalate when necessary
📩 Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
📝 Prepare documents, correspondence, and maintain office forms
📦 Manage office supplies (stationery, pantry items, first-aid supplies)
📚 Assist with sorting and distributing brochures or materials
✨ Ensure reception and General Office areas are neat and organized
📢 Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
✔ GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Customer-service oriented with a pleasant disposition
✔ Able to work independently and in a team
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office
