Job Description

• Carry out marketing activities for appointed/ adhoc projects

• Conduct site visits and manage queries

• Conduct negotiations on lease terms with landlords and tenants

• Prepare presentations, leasing reports and updates for clients

• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking

• Proactive in developing new business opportunities

• Collate and update prospects database

Requirements

• Possesses a CEA Salesperson License

• Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges

• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills

• Good command of written and oral English

• A team player who is also able to work independently

• Innovative and resourceful

• Technology savvy and competent in MS office
