Responsibilities:
• Conduct research & development for new marine/offshore engineering solutions.

• Perform engineering design, analysis, and technical evaluations for offshore systems.

• Support project development, testing, and implementation of prototypes.

• Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure technical compliance.

• Participate in offshore trials, inspections, and site activities when required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore Engineering, or related field.

• Preferably 2-5 years experience in offshore/marine engineering or R&D roles.

• Strong knowledge of offshore structures, mechanical systems, or product development

• Hands-on experience in design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS) is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to innovation projects.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
