Purpose of the job

Quotation Engineering Team is responsible for the quotation of engineered products and provides these to the member of the Sales Support & Quotations Team and ensures that all processes are adhered to and is responsible for the technical working out and the price calculation of engineered products. The goal of the engineering quotation is to obtain the customer’s order.

Duties and Tasks

• Detailed evaluation of enquiry
• Pro-active collaboration with Bid-Coordination
• Technical working out under consideration of norms and cost calculation of engineered products
• Only, if really necessary at quotation stage, drawings
• Specification of delivery time

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of five years’ experience

Skills and Abilities

• High knowledge in CAD-Software
• Knowledge in SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly)
• Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, MS Project & others)
• Independent and result-oriented style of working
• Ability to work under pressure
