Head of Client Onboarding

Our client is in the Investment Banking industry.

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise the Client Onboarding Team

• Responsible for the client onboarding function for retail, institutional and corporate clients for all products

• Oversee policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure that the organization is operating in compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines

• Drive the ongoing review of clients

• Responsible for ongoing improvement in the operational processes

• Respond to exceptions raised by clients

• Communicate and educate clients and internal teams in relation to regulatory and industry changes

• Participate and manage projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 10 to 15 years of KYC/CDD or client onboarding experience

• Experience in managing a team

• Salary ranges between S$15,000 to S$18,000 per month
