Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID3402)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $3000-$5000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for Budget estimates taking off, materials / sub-con outsourcing and costing
2.Responsible for the preparation of tender, quotations, variation orders, BQ, Cost planning & etc…….
3.Liaise with Supplier / Budget control on material / Material management for projects’ requirement
4.Attend to the procurement of materials, tools and equipments as requisite by project site

Requirement :
1)Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels
3)Degree / Diploma (Building / QS) or equivalent
4)Min 2 years relevant working experience in local building construction projects
