Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
• Prepare tender submission
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in Construction sector in Infrastructure project.
