Have years of experience in similar role (Interior, construction, civil)
Liaise with consultants and construction team, including Project Director/Managers, Engineers etc. for cost related issues
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance to specifications and drawings for calling of quotation
Sourcing of sub-contractors for related scope of works
Carry out cost comparison and shortlisting sub-contractors for the award of sub-contracts, including negotiation of quotation before finalizing the cost comparison & recommendation
Prepare and issue sub-contract documents/works order for approved sub-contracts' works
Monthly progress claim assessment and payment of sub-contractors in fair manner, and to ensure works carried out in compliance to contracts and specifications.
Prepare and claim variations to consultant
Site visits to understand the progress of construction and works involved
