Job Scopes:

• Prepare bills of quantities

• Prepare cost estimates

• Monitor costs and manages changes

• Review project budgets and expenditures to ensure they stay within limits, and provide reports on cost and cash flow

• Measure and value work completed

• Process claims and payments to contractors and suppliers

Requirements (Qualification and Experience):

• A bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field

• Preferred with relevant work experience

• With LTA experience would be an added advantage

• The ability to work collaboratively with others as a team or independently and manage multiple tasks

• Must be willing to work at project site office

• Site office is located in the East of Singapore
