Job Scopes:

• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for pre-qualification of Subcontractors

• Monitor costs and manages changes

• Review project budgets and expenditures to ensure they stay within limits, and provide reports on cost and cash flow

• Measure and value work completed

• Process claims and payments to contractors and suppliers

• Quantity Taking off for MRT project, especially Reinforced Concrete work

• Prepare documents for inviting quotations, prepare comparison and tender report

• Evaluate and prepare Subcontract progress payments, including on-site valuation

• Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations and final accounts

• Maintain and update Contract Documents, Drawings and records

Requirements (Qualification and Experience):

• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in quantity surveying or a related field
• Min 3 years of experience in MRT Projects with main contractor
• A more experienced candidate will be considered for a Senior position
• Familiarity in Singapore Method of Measurement and Authority requirements
• With LTA experience would be an added advantage, preferred with relevant work experience
• The ability to work collaboratively with others as a team or independently and manage multiple tasks
• Must be willing to work at project site office
• Site office is located in the East of Singapore
