Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for EPC projects, particularly the construction scope, covering materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.

Develop and manage tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs), contracts, and variation orders.

Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and scope.

Monitor and control project costs through effective budget tracking, cost reporting, and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, Clients, Suppliers/Vendors, and relevant Authorities on all project cost and compliance matters.

Evaluate and assess contract variations and claims; assist in finalizing project accounts and close-out processes.

Prepare detailed cost reports, cost plans, and tender documentation; manage the tender process including evaluation of bids and submission of tender recommendation reports.

Support the drafting of contract documents in coordination with Legal and relevant departments.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Services, or M&E Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in QS, preferably in the renewable energy sector (e.g., solar PV, BESS).

Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-versed in technical and contractual matters; demonstrates high integrity and a strong work ethic.

Proficient in Excel formulas including Vlookup, Pivot Table etc.

Familiar with contract structures and tendering processes.

Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders, and to read and interpret Chinese business documents.
