• Industry/ Organization Type: Glazing System Manufacturer
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and review each tender's requirements to meet client expectations
• Request quotations, prepare, and compile tender documents
• Evaluate tender submissions and prepare clarification questions as needed
• Provide detailed post-project cost analysis, comparing actual costs with initial budgets and estimates
• Assist in resolving any contractual disputes between clients and contractors

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or other relevant software
• Positive working attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
