Working Location: Near Hougang

Responsibility:

-Understanding, reviewing, and well-versed in preparing contract documents and drawings.

-Provide measurement, cost evaluation, and quotation support for projects.

-Prepare monthly progress claims and certification for subcontractor claims in a timely manner.

-In order to ensure the accuracy of monthly claims, it is necessary to measure data on site.

-Handle mostly overseas projects for hotels/resorts, but the employee will be based in Singapore office

-Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

-Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveyor working experience

-Candidates with QS working experience in carpentry industry will be a bonus

-Good interpersonal and communication skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

-Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $3000–$4000 (depending on experience and qualification).

-Working Hours: 9.00AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
