Job Description

• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications, prepare and submit the waterproofing plan, shop drawing, call for quotation and comparison.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
• Min 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Willing to go on site
• Salary will be commensurate base on working experience
