Jobs Description

• Handle progress claim, progress payment and finalization of accounts.
• Monitor site progress and attend site meeting
• Source/ Liaise/ Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
• Maintain good relationship with Main Contractor/ Sub Contractor/ Vendors/ Clients
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required
• Submit samples and site verifivation of works
• Coordinate works

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, AutoCad, MS Excel, BIM etc
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, Processes good working attitude.
