Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission

Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures

Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO

Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts

Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects

Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project

Assist on project scheduling
