Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Evaluate contractor quotations and recommend suitable vendors
• Monitor project costs and ensure spending stays within budget
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Review subcontractor invoices and payment certifications
• Assist project team in cost control and financial reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in construction or building projects
• Familiar with tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Good knowledge of construction materials and costing
• Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams
