We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our M&E engineering team. This role focuses on managing project costing, tendering, and commercial control across electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender costing, including BOQ based on drawings and tender documents
• Estimate materials, labour, and project costs accurately
• Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor and supplier quotations
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control throughout project stages
• Perform monthly progress valuations and forecast final project costs
• Certify sub-contractor claims and finalize accounts
• Manage all commercial project information including labour, material, and subcontractor costing
• Support management with financial and commercial reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrical / M&E construction industry
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in tendering, cost control, and project commercial management
