Job summary:

• Permanent role

• Basic Up to $5,500

• 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

• Working location at West

Job scope:

• Handle measurements, costing tasks, and verification of contractors’ work claims, including preparing progress payments and managing additional/omission works.

• Coordinate with the Client on documentation matters, including submitting cost-related reports and finalizing accounts/claims.

• Maintain proper project documentation such as drawings, records, and cost updates throughout the project cycle.

• Track and document any changes to scope, adjustments, or variations that arise during construction.

• Support the project team with any other duties or administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Skilled in contract administration, VO handling, and negotiating commercial terms.

• Independent, detail-focused, analytical, proactive, and capable of working under tight timelines while collaborating well with others.

• Role is based on-site at the project office.
