Due to ongoing project expansion, we are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to support commercial and contract administration functions for large-scale MRT Station and Tunnel Projects.

Position 2: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Upto SGD 10,500)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support contract administration and commercial management of LTA infrastructure packages
• Prepare and evaluate variation claims, extension of time claims and subcontractor payments
• Measure, value and certify civil works including structural and underground works
• Monitor project costs, budgeting and forecasting
• Manage subcontractor packages and final account settlement
• Prepare progress claims and monthly cost reports
• Assist in tender evaluation and post-contract administration
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial matters
• Ensure compliance with contractual and LTA requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in LTA MRT or infrastructure projects
• Main Contractor experience in civil, tunnelling or rail projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of variation claims, contract administration and cost control
• Familiar with Singapore construction contracts and authority requirements
