Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• 2 years and above in related scope or field

Roles & Responsibilities

• Compile and check monthly cost reports against projection and record monthly cost difference with reasons and proper substantiation.
• Study project specific requirements and to forecast possible additional costs base on projection.
• Ensure payment/ projection allocations are based on the specific work items.
• Study and check projection costs with monthly closing of POs with site.
• Check and monitor site expenses for all trades.
• Calling of quotations and prepare comparison sheet.
• Checking quantities based on drawings by measurement; manually, using software Cost ‘X’ or other suitable software.
• Call quotations, by trade, for on-going works.
• Tracking of project VO lists including computation of expected profit.
• Negotiation in final accounts with Vendors.
