A reputable multinational construction contractor is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Building and A&A works to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This role provides strong commercial exposure within a stable MNC environment, offering long-term development and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project cost plans, budgets, and cash flow

• Handle tendering, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration

• Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments

• Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts

• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets

• Assist in variation pricing, cost forecasting, and value engineering

• Coordinate closely with the project team to support smooth project delivery

• Maintain proper commercial documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management

• Relevant experience in Building and A&A works (mandatory)

• Familiar with standard forms of contract and local construction practices
