Responsibilities:

·      Work with the R&D team on quality planning from the early stage of product development.

·      Manage overall quality activities across the Business Unit, including product development, customer requirements, sales support, inventory, and product transition.

·      Set quality goals for the BU and support departments in achieving them.

·      Build and improve quality systems, project development processes, and IPD processes.

·      Identify project risks, monitor product quality performance, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

·      Handle customer complaints, major quality issues, and product quality problems, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.

·      Monitor project process compliance and lead technical review assessments.

·      Use data analysis to identify problems and improve processes continuously.

·      Organize stage review meetings during the R&D phase.

·      Conduct process training and strengthen team quality capabilities.

·       Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the BU.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5years of experience in quality-related roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in R&D quality is preferred.

·      At least 5 years of experience in quality-related work, preferably in R&D quality.

·      Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools such as8D, QC tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, and QCC.

·      Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

·      Able to work well under pressure.

·      Familiar with hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanical development processes.

·      Knowledge of IPD processes; experience insetting up or implementing IPD is an advantage.
