Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 standards.
• Carry out internal audits (process, system, product) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Handle quality planning tasks such as APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa.
• Review engineering drawings to ensure they meet manufacturing and inspection needs.
• Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA processes.
• Support supplier quality through audits, inspections, and material decisions.
• Maintain quality documents, reports, KPIs, and audit records.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality, processes, and efficiency.
• Support Calibration activities and analyses measurement data

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Atleast 3-4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality management system standards.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PFMEA Control Plans, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
• Proficient in metrology and measurement tools (e.g., CMM, gauges, vision systems).
• Understanding of calibration processes and measurement system analysis (Gage R&R, bias, linearity).
