Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, GMP, and food safety compliance
• Check quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Supervise processing staff to ensure proper food handling and SOP compliance
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare inspection reports
• Conduct monthly GMP and hygiene training for employees
• Monitor pest control activities and support continuous improvement
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Food Technology/ Science/ Nutrition or equivalent
• Able to work in chill environment (12-15°C)
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Comfortable handling raw poultry in a food processing environment
