· Handle and setup precision measuring and testing equipment against required standard

· Read manufacturing blueprints and schematics for inspection requirement

· Carry out the quality inspection (Incoming, In process and/or Final inspection) activities.

· Perform product and/or process testing (e.g. Hardness, Titration, weight test , FAT, SIT etc) activities

· Perform inspection for consumables products (e.g. welding electrodes, wire, flux , shielding

gas and cutting insert etc)

· Perform inspection for Third party witnessing (Customer Rep, Auditors, Licensor Rep) as per QA plan

· Verify that the production is carried out in accordance to work order during quality inspection

· Verify marking and identification of products for traceability

· Verify heat number of products (Production, Receiving and/or out-going)

· Identify inspection and test status of non-conforming products that failed surveillance inspection

· Verify and endorse the inspection and/or testing records

· Advise stop work if operations / work environment deem unsafe and / or incorrect

· Report, document and communicate any non conformities to appropriate parties

· Endorse and close work order package for retention

· Create Certificate of Conformance (COC) for product /completed work order for delivery

· Maintain 5S in work environment

· Ensure timely report if operation / work environment deem unsafe

· Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security and environmental regulations
