Job Responsibilities:

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Viaduct project.

• Oversee all quality aspects: This includes managing certifications, audits, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, material submissions, non-compliance reports, and site observations. Additionally, prepare monthly quality reports for the QA/QC & IMS Manager (Corporate).
• Support project quality: Collaborate with the Project Director/Project Manager (PD/PM) to develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP). Work with other managers and engineers to ensure its effective implementation and coordination.
• Represent the Quality Section: Attend client and other relevant meetings to advocate for quality standards.
• Lead the QA/QC Team: Provide leadership and supervision to QA/QC Engineers.
• Manage Precast Production: Oversee the setup and operation of precast segment production, including segment molds.
• Ensure Supplier Quality: Review and approve subcontractor/supplier quality systems.
• Conduct Site Testing: Perform on-site tests and develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with the CEP schedule.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and qualified persons (QPs) to address any discrepancies in drawings and specifications.
• Monitor Material Deliveries: Conduct material inspections and track deliveries to ensure quality and adherence to schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline.
