Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with all QC-related activities, including inspections and documentation

· Open and inspect outer boxes of incoming shipments

· Sort internal packages for proper handling and identification

· Verify and document product details such as part number, quantity, date code (D/C), lot number, and country of origin (COO)

· Take clear photos of product packaging (both outer and inner)

· Document product photos appropriately within the carrier system

· Remove samples from carriers or trays for inspection

· Conduct dimensional measurements using appropriate tools and product datasheets

· Perform tape count or manual counting of parts as required

· Repackage parts, including strapping and vacuum sealing procedure

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or quality control environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Proficient in using a camera or mobile device to capture clear images.
• Ability to lift boxes and packages up to 10kg.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
