Job Title: QA/QC Executive (East / AWS + VB)
Job Location: East
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

The Opportunity:

• Our client is an established supplements and manufacturing organization that provides an extensive range of products and services to both local and global companies within the health & wellness sector.
• Suitable for candidates with ITE / Diploma qualifications and basic experience or interest in quality control, food/pharmaceutical manufacturing, Chinese Proprietary Medicines, or regulated production environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling and inspection of incoming materials
• Verify supplier documents such as Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Perform in-process quality checks including weight, appearance, moisture content, and disintegration checks
• Conduct finished product checking before goods release
• Arrange sample submission and collection for external laboratory testing
• Maintain QC records, batch records, inspection records, and related documentation
• Ensure records are maintained according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Support internal and external audits and inspections
• Assist in handling deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA follow-up
• Conduct hygiene and environmental monitoring for production and warehouse areas
• Maintain cleanliness of QC sample retention, sampling, and in-process QC rooms
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams on quality matters
• Support stability study, validation, and product development activities where required

Job Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in food, pharmaceutical, TCM, Chinese Proprietary Medicines, or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, GDP, and quality systems preferred
• Basic lab testing experience such as pH, moisture content, or disintegration testing will be an advantage
