Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure products and services meet required standards.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on production processes and finished products to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Work with Production and Plant teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and defects.
• Perform site visits and quality checks to ensure project requirements and customer expectations are met.
• To submit inspection documents, RFI/IR forms, inspection photos to all the projects as per main contractor/consultant requirements on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• To supervise batching plant and the team, order and monitor raw materials.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for batching plant maintenance/repair works and spare part orders if necessary.
• To conduct daily routine factory, visit to check the operational quality matters.
• To follow and inspect the new moulds/1st cast panels/monthly inspection by consultant and submit the report.
• To follow HDB officers / consultants during their scheduled and random inspection and submit the closure report on time after getting TC endorsement.
• To prepare and submit TC bi-yearly report to HDB.
• To maintain ISO, EN206 and SGBC certification documents and attend internal and external audits.
• To arrange cube sampling for test for daily casting as per project ITP.
• To arrange material sampling and send to lab for regular testing as per project ITP.
• To monitor batching plant equipment calibration schedule and arrange for calibration as per ITP.
• To monitor and arrange for regular housekeeping and maintenance of batching plant and surroundings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Training or certification in ISO Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, CONQUAS, or BCA Good Industry Practices will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable, with a drive for continuous improvement.
