Operations Executive
Location:
Centre for Movement (Buona Vista) and Sengkang / Fernvale
(Stationed at either office as required)
Working Hours:
Weekdays, 8am – 6pm
Role Overview:
The Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of Sports Schooling, with a primary focus on the Centre for Movement. This role works closely with the management team to ensure operational efficiency, positive customer experience, and accurate reporting.

This is an entry-level position, suitable for individuals who are keen to learn, grow, and gain exposure to operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational matters relating to the Centre for Movement, ensuring smooth and efficient centre operations
- Conduct daily and regular site inspections to ensure premises, shared spaces, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Ensure centre media spaces, common areas, and front-facing areas are presentable and operational at all times
- Liaise with partner tenants and internal stakeholders to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly
- Support front desk operations when required, including coverage during peak periods
- Attend to front-facing customers, parents, and general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Introduce and explain Sports Schooling programmes and services to prospective and existing customers
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks to support overall centre efficiency
- Perform day-to-day bank reconciliations and basic financial tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Management Team
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling front-facing enquiries
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This is a 100% onsite role.
This is an entry-level role, and remuneration will be aligned accordingly based on experience and fit.
